Join our staff aboard one of our luxury speed boats for an unforgettable journey to meet the local fishing and clam boats that call these waters home. Guests have the unique opportunity to board these traditional vessels, observe the fishermen at work, and get an intimate look at life on the sea. Most days, we return with a basket of the day’s fresh catch—fish, shrimp, and clams—which our chefs prepare and barbecue for a special ocean-to-table dinner that evening.
